Residential Cleaner — Full-time
Full-time · 32–40 hrs/weekGreater Montreal
Recurring maintenance + deep cleaning visits at established residential client homes. You'll work in a team of two for most jobs. Starting rate $18/hr + paid travel + tips.
- ✓Prior cleaning experience (residential or hospitality) — minimum 1 year
- ✓Driver's license (asset, not required)
- ✓Working English OR French (both = asset)
- ✓Clean background check (we cover the fee)
- ✓Weekday availability — minimum 4 days/week
Airbnb / Fast-Turnover Cleaner
Part-time or full-timeDowntown, Plateau, Old Port, Mile End
Specialization in Airbnb turnovers: linen changes, restocking, post-clean photos. Shifts concentrated between 11 AM and 4 PM. Fast-paced, experienced team.
- ✓Hospitality OR Airbnb experience (minimum 6 months)
- ✓Ability to follow strict checklists
- ✓Smartphone for photos + status updates
- ✓Weekend availability essential
Team Lead / On-site Supervisor
Full-timeGreater Montreal
Lead a team of 2-4 cleaners on commercial and residential contracts. You train new hires, control quality, and manage the client relationship. Starting rate $24/hr + performance bonus.
- ✓Minimum 3 years in professional cleaning
- ✓Supervision experience (formal or informal)
- ✓Bilingual EN/FR required
- ✓Driver's license + vehicle (mileage reimbursed)
