Services

Sparkling Stays provides residential and commercial cleaning services in Greater Montreal. Specific services, frequency, and rates are agreed upon before each engagement.

Bookings & Cancellations

Bookings are confirmed via email or phone. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may incur a fee.

Property Access

The client is responsible for providing property access at the scheduled time. If our team cannot access the property, a trip fee may apply.

Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with our work, contact us within 24 hours and we will return to fix the issue at no charge.

Liability

Sparkling Stays is insured. In the event of accidental damage during cleaning, please contact us immediately to resolve the situation.
